How do we evaluate your feedback?
All forms you fill out on our website are electronically sent to our hospital managers and quality unit. Incoming emails are classified as complaints, opinions and suggestions, or requests. Complaints are evaluated by the Patient Rights Unit and a feedback is provided to you.
