* Adhere to the appointment time and prevent delays, and in case of delay, help the institution by ensuring that other patients are seen first.
* Our patients; respect the rights of hospital staff, other patients and visitors. In the care and rehabilitation process, they should cooperate with health workers.

Informing Healthcare Professionals

* Patient; He should give full and complete information about his health complaints, previous illnesses, whether he received any inpatient treatment, the drugs he still uses, if any, and all information about his health.
* In case of a change in basic information such as name, surname, address, telephone, registration number, the institution should be informed.

Social Security Status

* Patient; It is obliged to notify changes in health, social security and personal information in a timely manner.
* Patient; health card (SGK, Green Card etc.) has to get the visa on time.
* Patient; is obliged to pay the amount to be paid for the applications made due to the treatment within the period determined by the institution.
* In cases that require immediate intervention and treatment, the patient or his legally authorized representative must deliver the letter to be received from the patient’s institution to our institution as soon as possible.

Refusing Planned Treatment

* Patients are responsible for the consequences if they refuse the planned treatment or do not follow the doctor’s instructions.

Following Recommendations Regarding Treatment

* Each patient is obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by the authorized doctor responsible for his treatment.

* Our patients are also obliged to comply with the prescribed treatment plans and to accept that nurses and related health personnel fulfill the care plan in line with the instructions of the authorized doctor.
* Should inform the persons responsible for the care of the patient about unexpected developments encountered during the treatment and follow-up process.
