How Do We Evaluate Your Opinions?

All the forms you fill in on our website are sent to our hospital managers and quality unit by e-mail. Incoming e-mails are separated as complaints, opinions and suggestions, requests.

Complaints are evaluated by the Patient Rights. Periodic evaluations are made about all feedbacks and forms received and reported to the management.
